Archway Autos, a family-run business in Tunbridge Wells, has been a trusted name in the local automotive industry for over 30 years. Known for their reliability and dedication to customer service, they had built a loyal customer base.
When Archway Autos approached myself, they expressed frustration with their existing website. It felt dated and disconnected from the image they wanted to present. The design lacked inspiration, the content was out of sync with their current offerings, and outdated photography failed to showcase their business in the best light.
Making changes to the website was another significant pain point. The backend was cumbersome to navigate, leaving the team reliant on a external parties to support with important updates. Additionally, the website hadn’t been refreshed since their move to new premises, leaving visitors with outdated contact information and service details.
Archway Autos recognised the importance of their digital presence and needed a solution that would not only address these issues but also establish a stronger connection with their customers online.
My responsibilities
These challenges were tackled with comprehensive website overhaul. I worked closely with Archway Autos to design a clean, welcoming site that reflected their values and made key information easily accessible. A user-friendly content management system (CMS) was integrated, empowering the client to manage updates independently.
Fresh, professional photography brought their services and premises to life, creating an authentic and visually appealing experience. Meanwhile, SEO enhancements ensured the website performed well in search engines, with optimised service pages—such as the servicing page—offering valuable information and boosting visibility.
