Treeconomics operates across the UK and Europe, dedicated to fostering long-term partnerships and enhancing urban forests. Specialising in the development and implementation of strategic solutions, Treeconomics focuses on the sustainable growth of urban treescapes.
The goal was to refresh the Treeconomics brand through a new website design that introduces a more personable, vibrant, and dynamic experience. The redesigned site needed to clearly convey the brand’s purpose, values, mission, and services to potential customers.
As part of the website redesign, I conducted a thorough evaluation of the existing site, examining its alignment with Treeconomics’ vision for future growth. This process led to several enhancements, including the creation of customised content areas tailored to each of Treeconomics’ key customer segments, ensuring relevance and engagement.
My responsibilities
We also increased the visibility of Treeconomics’ specialised services, making them more accessible to users navigating the website and improving searchability via Google. These services range from strategies for urban forest improvement to bespoke consultancy offerings. The new site features a mega menu, clearly categorizing and signposting services to guide visitors to the most pertinent content.
To give the website a more personable touch, we organised a team day with Treeconomics at their Exeter Science Park premises, capturing photos and videos of the team collaborating in their natural work environment. The result is a series of visuals that highlight the team and showcase the unique products they offer, including specialised software like TreeKeeper and tree valuation tools such as iTree.
